Flexible coverage with growth potential

What is Summit Indexed Universal Life Insurance?

Our Summit Indexed Universal Life (IUL) insurance provides lifelong protection along with the opportunity to build cash accumulation value over time. Instead of investing directly in the market, the policy earns interest based on the performance of a market index. This structure offers growth potential while helping shield the policy from market volatility.

This type of policy is designed with flexibility so you can adjust premium payments within the policy guidelines as your financial needs change. By combining long-term coverage with the opportunity to grow accumulation value, Indexed Universal Life insurance can be a great option for you and your family’s needs.

How it Works

Premiums

Premium payments are invested at the start of every segment. A portion of each payment goes toward some of the expenses associated with your policy.

Interest

The balance earns indexed interest, which is to the account value at the end of every segment, allowing for compound growth.

Protection

Accessing Your Funds

As your cash value grows, it becomes liquid. Access to funds can be made through policy loans, withdrawals, or surrender of the policy, subject to the terms and conditions of the contract.

Interest Crediting Strategies

Summit Indexed Universal Life Insurance offers two crediting strategies, allowing for account value accumulation at a fixed rate or based on index performance, according to your preferences.

Strategies Description
Annual Point-to-Point with Cap
Rate
Index-Linked

This strategy credits interest based on the returns of the S&P 500, up to a specified maximum, or cap rate.

For example, if the cap is 6% and the index grows by 4%, we will credit you 4% interest. On the other hand, if the index grows by 7%, we would only credit you 6% interest.

Annual Fixed Rate
Steady Growth
Our Summit Indexed Universal Life Insurance offers a fixed interest strategy that provides guaranteed interest independent of the equity market. In times of market volatility, you can rest assured that you are still earning interest at a guaranteed rate.
